This bank is baddest bank experience I have ever seen in my life, unorganized, no customer service, don't care about anything. Just wasting your time. I would like to give them negative stars if available

Very Very disappointed! If I can give this branch a zero for customer service I would. I came in to open an account, the fact that they don’t offer same day debit cards are absurd, but that’s another story. The representative that was working with me was not able to provide me with a smooth transaction or proper information that allowed to be comfortable with using their suppose to be seamless of a process product.
