Very Very disappointed! If I can give this branch a zero for customer service I would. I came in to open an account, the fact that they don’t offer same day debit cards are absurd, but that’s another story. The representative that was working with me was not able to provide me with a smooth transaction or proper information that allowed to be comfortable with using their suppose to be seamless of a process product. Instead she got up, walked away and got her rude boss. Instead of the manager coming out asking me my concerns ... read more
