Never heard of a bank not allowing you to just exchange rolled coins for dollar bills even if you don’t have an account here the agency that I work for has accounts here but not me personally and I was denied. No wonder Wells Fargo has such a bad reputation.

Connie the teller at this branch seems to be the warden of the bank. She worries about who is walking into the branch and who is leaving the branch instead of worrying about taking care of the customer in front of her.
