Connie the teller at this branch seems to be the warden of the bank. She worries about who is walking into the branch and who is leaving the branch instead of worrying about taking care of the customer in front of her.
I have been banking with this Yorktown branch for many years and have always had a good experience. The bankers as well as all the tellers are very polite and extremely helpful.
