Employees work here are terrible! Discussing 🤬
There’s a older guy on a suit greeting people and asking how can I help you , he doesn’t do nothing at all to help!! all other workers and clerks busy with clients everyone working except him …the line of people waiting to be help and he doesn’t move a finger… I ask him for a wire transfer and he told me that I had to make an appointment to wire money …does not make any sense…I’m very disappointed that Wells Fargo has people like this to help their customers!
I wish I could leave less than one star review. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 15 years. I feel that each year their service is getting worse and worse. The people that work in the branch are rude and incompetent. The last straw for me was the fact that they couldn’t notarize one page letter I needed. Went to UPS next door and they did it for me in two minutes. I decided to move all my accounts to another bank. Wells Fargo do not deserve any business
