Nice people but can’t get anything done here. The only thing that works here is the atm.
I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone at this bank and no one picks up. I am simply trying to notarize a document. Hope to hear from someone soon.
Called in and made an appointment a week ago. Show up and they don’t have it. Manager will not come out after 20 minutes to look it up. I just hear him in the back say “if he doesn’t have a confirmation then to bad” unbelievable!!
The staff is wonderful, but never enough tellers.
