The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The teller Theia is unprofessional, unethical, rude, and at the same time incompetent. Theia refused to take my cash deposit that I was depositing in my own account. Obviously this teller has no idea how banks operate. So I ask for a manager they tell me she is not in, so I ask for an assistant manager same answer she is not in. So next in charge is a banker who told Theia to take my deposit and she said no she did. It feel comfortable taking my cash. Smh
