2/5/24 Lowered the rating further because only reason I even lookup the bank physical hours is for notary services and this place never has an appointment available. If you don’t provide notary services or don’t want to - please take your site off the scheduler page. Changing this to a lower rating now as of 1/10/23. For the few times I go here now, this last weeks experience makes me more to not go there. Went to notarize a single form and was told the notary was not available for the rest of the day. I wanted to close a business account, I walk in and they turn me away saying they are too busy to assist me and call customer service. I came in the store to avoid calling costumer service.
