This branch is very frustrating. My wife went in to do a wire transfer, and they told her it would take 30 minutes. She waited for 45 and asked again, and they were rude and told her that it would be at least another hour. After being with this bank for over 30 years, we will not be doing business here any longer, moving to CC branch that is organized and customer friendly.

I have only been to the Alice branch Wells Fargo bank one time. I was greeted immediately as I stepped into the lobby with a friendly hello and asking how they may assist. The teller, (didn’t catch her name), was friendly, courteous, and quickly assisted me with everything I needed from her. She then made an appointment for me with a lobby representative and asked me to have a seat saying someone would be with me shortly.
