Had an appointment scheduled to close out a CD with a personal banking specialist only for the banker to not even be aware of the appointment which was scheduled by the bank. I showed up and the banker was not inside the bank and a teller from the counter had to retrieve the individual from outside the branch. Clearly will not be returning to the St Thomas shopping plaza and will consider other local branches. Terrible location all around. Stood in line for 40 minutes on a Monday afternoon due to one teller working. The branch manager was on site along with multiple bankers, however, only one teller was working causing the wait time to be ridiculous.
I think it is ridiculous to charge a young adult $10 to cash his paycheck from a Wells Fargo account because the young adult doesn't have an account there. His EMPLOYER has an account there and the paycheck is from the EMPLOYER'S account. Wells Fargo is taking his little bit of income. I will encourage him to do direct deposit to his bank or his credit union. Not customer service friendly and certainly doesn't encourage me to want to bank with Wells Fargo.
I wish I could give no stars for this location! Very poor customer service and the ladies that work him seemed clueless on how to handle the matter I came in for. I would never recommend using this bank .
