If I could give zero stars, I would. I instructed this bank to process a final check before closing an account. They rejected the check that same day and closed the account, then sent me a snail mail live check instead that will take 2 weeks to arrive. This left me with a massive negative balance, untold NSF charges, and absolutely no funding for groceries or gas for two weeks. AND, they refused to issue a stop payment on that mailed check so that they could reissue a live check to me instead, stating they couldn't TRUST me ... read more
The Wells Fargo at the location in Canon City, C0 81212. Three words THEFT OF SERVICE…. Your machine doesn’t dispense my money and you tell me I have to wait 10 days to get a refund. People have bills to pay. Awful company ran by EQUALLY awful people.

I've been with Wells Fargo bank for a long time there one of the few banks I like and I only bank with them now for a long time,, only complaint is at times there's not enough teller's working and a long line forms,, but other than that I like this Wells Fargo bank And the one I banked at before moving to Canon City a few years back,, plus I had someone charging a item in another state using My information And when I called the bank they stopped payment and refunded the amount back to my account And the process was easy and ... read more
