Just visited the Wells Fargo branch in Canon City, Colorado to cash a personal check drawn on Wells Fargo. They charged a $10.00 fee to cash their own check because I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. They told me all banks do this. Just another way to charge a fee!! I would give them ZERO stars if possible. STOP banking with any institution that charges fees for seemingly every little thing!!
Im pretty sure the management used to work at Chilis and were fired. Im not joking. this bank sucks.
This bank does not return your own money to you when you need it, even when you give them 3 days notice, they want 10 business days notice, in writing. Also they refuse to deposit a money order even if it has been endorsed, claiming that the back office might, just might have a problem with it. Many other impediments from them, too much to list here.
