Im pretty sure the management used to work at Chilis and were fired. Im not joking. this bank sucks.
This bank does not return your own money to you when you need it, even when you give them 3 days notice, they want 10 business days notice, in writing. Also they refuse to deposit a money order even if it has been endorsed, claiming that the back office might, just might have a problem with it. Many other impediments from them, too much to list here.
Extremely slow. Left me in the drive-through for half an hour, just trying to cash a check. It would be faster to drive to pueblo and back. Worthless
We wanted to start banking with the Wells Fargo in Canon City. After spending almost fifteen minutes trying to contact a living person by telephone, and trying every option on their automated system, we just gave up. I guess I am just an old boomer, but having someone answering the telephone seems important to a business.
