Worst bank ever Wells Fargo is great but their employees are horrible I won’t ever go through them I closed my account because they are horrible!!!! Hate hate hate them!
This rates as the worst banking experience that I have ever had. After waiting over an hour for help, I finally received it. I left the bank thinking my problem was solved and two weeks later, my account was closed. Before the account was closed, I tried to phone for information about a letter I'd received from the head office. I was never connected directly to the person I needed to talk with, but was told that phone calls are replied to between 24 hours and 48 hours after a customer calls in.
