I bank with regions they are great and professional this my first time going in Selma Branch im new to this account and experience with system is ridiculous dumb and stupid then customer service of teller attitude is so lacking and unwelcoming definitely needs to be train with better customer service the banker guy Josh i believe was good and cool but I probably would not recommend to a friend or come back
I went to Wells Fargo's ATM on citizens Pkwy in Selma. I tried to deposit cash in the amount of $150.00. I didn't realize that there was a second slot for deposit's and I made the mistake of putting my cash where the checks would be deposited. The manager advised me of my mistake. Within 10 minutes the manager retrieved my money and stated that because I deposited my money in the ATM he could not return it back to me.
