Not really recommend. Staff gave you vibes like you are not welcomed.
I don’t know why there are so many nasty reviews, I LOVE THIS BRANCH! From every single employee, Irm, Isabelle, Adam, Mohammed, Nirma, they are OUTSTANDING! They have taken care of our family accounts for years. Please don’t go anywhere . I love Dee too, who used to work in Highland Park. Some people are just nasty and can’t be pleased
Total Disappointed
My experience at the branch was disappointing. When I entered, the staff didn’t greet me or ask me to sit. Only after checking my appointment details they acknowledge me and offer me a seat. Given this experience and the misleading promotion, I regret opening an account here and plan to close it soon.
