My experience at the branch was disappointing. When I entered, the staff didn’t greet me or ask me to sit. Only after checking my appointment details they acknowledge me and offer me a seat. Given this experience and the misleading promotion, I regret opening an account here and plan to close it soon.

Pathetic customer service. Very unprofessional. They didn’t even offer me to take a seat. I am happy banking with my other banks. I wouldn’t recommend this bank in Piscataway at all. Very unprofessional.
