One of the worst managed bank branches that I've ever visited.(Melissa Lugo-Branch Mgr) Made an appointment through their central office to access a safe deposit box of a deceased relative. After waiting almost an hour, I was told that the appointment was only to discuss services, not access the box. All paperwork, including death certificates, surrogate documents, etc. were given to the bank, but to no avail. I was told that I'd have to return another time and make another appointment. It’s my 1st ever bad review. This is the worst branch. I went to this branch with my mom this morning. My mom was told that her pin was incorrect. We asked the teller what was going on. My mom hasn’t been using her card since 5/2023. The teller called the manager / Melissa L. who was very rude. She accused my mom changing her pin and didn’t remember it. My mom told her that she hasn’t go to any branch after May this year. How can she change her pin without going to branch in person? We asked if she could check in the system ... read more
