Just came in to do a big wire transfer and the lady named linda just brushed me off and didn’t want to help me and even told me to just go to another branch ! Unprofessional, especially for a person like me who keeps a lot of money in this bank. I’m seriously thinking about moving my money elsewhere.

One of the worst managed bank branches that I've ever visited.(Melissa Lugo-Branch Mgr) Made an appointment through their central office to access a safe deposit box of a deceased relative. After waiting almost an hour, I was told that the appointment was only to discuss services, not access the box. All paperwork, including death certificates, surrogate documents, etc. were given to the bank, but to no avail. I was told that I'd have to return another time and make another appointment.
