I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for a bank before, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I stopped at this branch on my way to the airport and unfortunately left my ATM card in the machine. The following day, the bank actually called me to let me know they had my card. Walked in to open an account. The lady sitting on the desk in front of teller window was dismissive, horrible attitude , poor customer service . There wasn’t anyone there and she was on her personal phone. Disgusting attitude for someone who works their. Treated us like we’re beneath her. Then told us to come back when the bank was closing.
Just came in to do a big wire transfer and the lady named linda just brushed me off and didn’t want to help me and even told me to just go to another branch ! Unprofessional, especially for a person like me who keeps a lot of money in this bank. I’m seriously thinking about moving my money elsewhere.
