One of the worst bank branches I’ve ever dealt with. On my first visit, they flat-out refused to let me withdraw a lump sum despite me having proper, valid identification. On another visit, I was told they wouldn’t process basic paperwork because they “didn’t like” the document, an absurd and unprofessional excuse. I’m completely fed up with this branch. Racist manager got my account closed down
A day after new years holiday, they only have one teller, there is a line till the doors, it take an avarge of 10 minutes per person
They were not helpful at all, they did not even listen to me properly, especially the two women sitting in the room.
