Unfortunately I can't believe the new employee they hired Caitlin Fuller which supposedly works as a assistant manager. She doesn't have any customers skills whatsoever. She lacks professionalism and should not be working here. She belittles customers of different origin and seem to think she could get away with it. If you do everything via ATM you're good. Have to go in and its no different than picking up the phone and calling in. WF Atchison is the ONLY national bank in Atchison.
