If I could give Wells Fargo a negative rating, I would. They are essentially holding my employees money hostage because of a check from us that was erroneously returned unpaid. Even after explaining that the returned check was through no fault of my employees and that the funds were available and have even been paid since, Wells Fargo not only placed and kept a 3 week long hold on my employees account, they made the decision to close his account entirely, even after he and I did everything they asked to release the hold on t... read more
