Practically never have more than 1 teller working and there’s always at least a 5 - 10 minute waiting period before anyone can make a simple deposit

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!! I sat in the bank 4+ hrs for a banking issue, initially I was told it could be handled efficiently, but after various calls they made to technical support and various other staff members, the issue was still not resolved. I am absolutely furious with my encounter at this bank, my family has banked with them for many years, ever since they were called First Union. But now, please believe I will be removing all accounts from this incompetent place ASAP!!
Worst bank ever!! Customer service is terrible, they forget to give you your balance. SO SLOW. Forgets to ask how you want your money back, the only reason I'm still with Wells Fargo is because I can walk to the bank if my car breaks down. You need to do something about this bank, it's terrible!!
