I am extremely disappointed with WELLS FARGO They returned a deposited check without a clear explanation and are now making it unnecessarily difficult for me to deposit a copy of a legal check. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has caused me significant frustration. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Had such Wonderful experience at this branch. I was bringing in a cash settlement.Check that I already had endorsed and wrote something else on it as well, and was going to cash at my bank, so the teller named Wanda put a line through where I endorsed it and just told me to initial and that was it. No issues whatsoever. I had such a pleasant experience with Wanda. She was so nice, friendly and professional and the customer service was excellent and the branch looks so beautiful. Walked in to open a savings account, for a good amount of money, she told me to open it online lol unbelievable
Practically never have more than 1 teller working and there’s always at least a 5 - 10 minute waiting period before anyone can make a simple deposit
