Mr. Robert Danker is a breath of fresh air in the management seat. He goes above and beyond to help me with whatever services I need. He has Great energy. Very instructive. Mrs. Doris is a ray of sunshine every time we interact. She is Always helpful to assist me with a positive attitude. I enjoy my visits at this branch. The only reason a 4 star is because 4 an half isn’t an option, an my Dad taught me there is always room for improvement.
After 23 years of banking with Wells Fargo, this might be it. The people at this branch do not know its own policies. The Old branch manager retired, and now the new generation is running this ship into the ground. Treated my family like dirt, and were totally disrespectful. Professionalism was out the window. this branch need a corporate audit!
