Came into your Branch this morning, was very disappointed. I have always had great service until today. My request was very simple. I am trustee over an account at your branch. I am working with an attorney to get Medicaid for Charles Landry. Medicaid was approved for August and October but was denied for September because the Trust account was not funded.
