My son made an appointment to open up a new account. He went down with his father and forgot his Social Security card. Not sure of the name of the African American woman that sits on the far left is but she is EXTREMELY RUDE. She is sarcastic and her tone is beyond unnecessary. She was also rude prior to this experience. She needs etiquette classes! All the other associates seemed nice. She’s kind of an eye sore on the place
The worst service Discrimination
If I've been mobile depositing the same darn check for $160 since last Sept., by the same client , mind you, why are they suddenly saying that the last check was for only $100 and that they are deducting $60 from my account? Depositing the same check, for the same amount, from the same client 1 or 2 times a week for over 6 months.? The check clearly said $160.00. What is your main problem? Chase Manhattan here I come!
