I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and concerning experience I had at the Wells Fargo branch located at Wells Fargo Bank on March 7, 2026 at approximately 9:30 AM. Love the people in Wells Fargo I’m bringing donuts today for them bc I always have great service
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for the past 17 years, but my recent experiences at the Hopewell Junction branch have been extremely disappointing. Over the last four visits, I went in simply to have a document notarized—something that should be a basic service. Each time I was given a different excuse: “We don’t have a notary today,” “The notary is on lunch,” or some variation of the same message. I take my mom to this branch and have nothing but amazing things to say about the employees there. Anita and Manny were beyond helpful and patient. David, the manager, went above and beyond to listen to my mom and make her feel heard. After everything she was going through, he also gave her flowers for her bday, which made her day even more so! Thank you all!!
