My husband and I came here 30 minutes before closing on a week day to open a new bank account (that was the only time we could get there because of work). Came in on a Saturday morning to deposit savings bonds and was asked to come back another day due being short staffed and the time it would take to process. Seriously thinking about cancelling my accounts and moving to another bank
