Stupid location ATM always broken
This place is terrible, I have an account I collect income from a property i own. One day I came in to withdraw funds and they acted like I was committing fraud and gave me the worst attitude. I am black man and this miss treatment was committed by a black woman. Eventually after excessive questioning and and multiple ID verifications, along with sitting me down with the branch manager, they realize I was legit, mind you I was only withdrawing a few hundred dollars, in account that had several thousand. A week (7 days) before a trip to Hong Kong, I went into this branch and requested Foreign currency and was told it would be delivered to the branch in 48 hours. Days pass and the Fed Ex location keeps saying delayed in Mahwah… I politely went into this branch (Spring Valley) 2 days before my trip explaining my issue and requesting a refund foe the $500 that was taken from my account in exchange for the foreign currency.
