Wow is all I can say. Three tellers behind the counter nobody in the entire bank. Sadly, the manager looks at me and says what do you need? I told her I needed to make a simple change on my business account. You should’ve seen the look I got. Rude would be an understatement. I was asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. I could clearly see nobody was interested in helping me. I figured it was best I leave and go to another branch. What happened to customer service?
I've had great experiences at the Burke Wells Fargo Bank; the staff there are a pleasure to work with and always have a smile. They are friendly and good at what they do and always delivery a satisfying result. They make you feel welcomed and are happy to assist you with what you need; I always leave there with a smile.
Tellers act like they’re forced to work here against their will. Good luck getting any other than a basic deposit or withdraw done.
