I've had great experiences at the Burke Wells Fargo Bank; the staff there are a pleasure to work with and always have a smile. They are friendly and good at what they do and always delivery a satisfying result. They make you feel welcomed and are happy to assist you with what you need; I always leave there with a smile.
Tellers act like they’re forced to work here against their will. Good luck getting any other than a basic deposit or withdraw done.

Specifically, I dealt with an employee named Joanne (spelling may vary), whose behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. I had a scheduled 10:00 AM appointment to close the account of my mother, who recently passed away—already a deeply emotional task.
