Never use this bank. I opened up an account and was supposed to receive $425. Now they’re refusing to give it to me after I met all the qualifications. This is the worst bank ever run from this place. There are a bunch of liars and stress is ridiculous from them.
Absolutely rude.
Worst branch around, they can never answer their phones and a few of the bankers are lazy and rude.
Been banking with WF for decades. Several personal and business accounts currently. This is the ONLY branch I have encountered that refuses to do any business or answer questions over the phone... and thats even if someone answers the phone. When they do answer the phone a clueless associate forwards me to the customer service line where they proceed to tell me that my concerns can only be handled by the BRANCH. What a nightmare. As a business owner I am appauled how they do business. Pick another BANK!!!
