The female teller was helpful but the male teller (overweight, medium complexion) was extremely rude and condescending towards my father when he came in today, asking him if he knew if he was at the right bank. On top of that, it was the teller who couldn’t read the account information correctly as the female teller had no problem fixing the issue! She gets 4 stars, he gets zero and is fortunate I couldn’t accompany my father to the bank today.
Came in to cash a check which I have done numerous times at this location, and other locations in the city. This time was told my ID was not valid. Even tho it’s a VERY real, VERY valid, non-expired state-issued ID and I had other forms of verification (since it takes 2 forms of ID to cash a check). The lady gave me back my check and very angrily told me to “find a check cashing place idk”.
