Easily the most unhelpful and cold-hearted bank I’ve ever dealt with. Every employee I spoke to went in circles, gave me zero clear answers and acted like basic courtesy was beneath them. I came in to pay off an auto loan in full — the buyer was with me, check ready, and the car on a trailer right in their parking lot.
