Hello, every time I go to that bank something happens, they are unfriendly... I have been with them for more than 15 years and every time I go it is a problem, I will never return, people like that don't deserve to be there......
I called this branch days prior to showing up in person this morning, confirming whether or not I need an appointment to fax 2 sheets of paper to one of their credit card departments for identity verification. No appointment was needed. I was told that a teller could fax the documents. I was in line for 5 minutes at most. There was an older man in front of me, no one behind me, and one car in the drive thru, who the teller was already assisting along with the man.
