I do not in any way recommend this location specifically! The worst experience in the bank I’ve ever had! They have horrible customer service at this location. I wasn’t even greeted by the banker dezella (I believe her name was) for my appointment I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time for her to take her time and be polite to her previous appointment. I just had the worst experience of my life at this branch. The whole bank needs to be shutdown or restaffed. The bank teller Briana should not be handling Wells Fargo's customers at all. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I’ve had the worst service at a bank at this location, but today a woman named Courtney B gave me the best service I’ve ever had at a bank. She was smart, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, really! Wells Fargo execs, pay attention this person, she understands customers and service in a meaningful way.
