Wells Fargo Bank is Fraudulent and creating unauthorized checking accounts to existing customers threatening to add fees if I don't deposit money into it. I'm on the phone, I go to a local branch who says I have to go to another branch to settle this. Close the account now !!! We have to do an investigation, before we can do that. Then I have to come back to complete the cancelation of the checking account that I never authorized in the first place. Waste of time and a run around Fraudulent banking system. Highly recommend going to personal banker, Angie, for your needs, issues/ questions and opening accounts, as she is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly & accommodating, as well as a cheerful pleasant person to be around.
