This branch was extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried to deposit my check from my tax refund. Since they couldn’t verify me they marked my check almost making it a voided check and wouldn’t be able to do anything with it. The manager was extremely rude as well and had a Nasty attitude. The location on glenwood was much more prideful and helpful and were able to meet us with our needs!
I went in to change out $90 to fives and ones. We have a business two blocks away, but I did not have an account. I was told by a very rude masked employee that it would cost me $20 to make the transaction. While I was waiting two women came in to open a account. They were turned away by the same employee because there was no one there to open a new account. I was shocked to hear this. Customer service is so bad. They act like they are doing you a favor.
