I went to this branch to open a business account, and I was asked to show a lease agreement to my office address and other documents, so I walked out and went to another bank and opened a business account in 30 minutes any information that the bank needed they went online and looked it up because the business is registered with the secretary of state
Avoid this branch. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years with a spotless record—no bounced checks, no fraud, no issues—and this is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I was going to make a wire transfer from this bank. This institution is so unprofessional and so unfriendly. While sitting down with the banker, she accused my husband and myself of being involved in a fraudulent wire transfer in the past. It was unbelievable! This isnt about the experience, it’s about the new hours. I used to do all banking Saturday. Now they are closed Saturdays. Went at 5:30 pm and they are closed. Seriously, you do know people work and traffic in San Jose, if your going to close Saturday stay open till 6 pm weekdays. What a disappointment. You make 25 BILLION with B and you cant stay open an extra hour for your customers. All you care about is your bottom line… What a joke…..

Patricia refused to let me deposit a check claiming it was fraudulent. She would not listen to reason. I had a power of attorney for a friend. She originally refused to talk to the escrow company who issued the check. Do not go to Wells Fargo if you have a large check and expect professional service. I told Patricia that her refusal to listen would jeopardize my ability to purchase a property. She did not care. She would not even put the check on hold.
