I went inside this branch on S. Fry and 99 today to buy a Cashier's check and the teller asked me "are you applying for a passport ?" and I think that seems too personal a question. Every time I go to the bank, this teller asks personal questions, what right does Wells Fargo have to know whether you are getting a new passport or not ? Wells Fargo on South Fry Road and 99 is by far our favorite Wells Fargo location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Puja (I may have misspelled her name) is always kind and recognizes us when we come to the teller window. She always asks after my husband when he is not with me. We appreciate her kindness. Been coming here for a while now, and this is a good branch with extremely helpful and friendly tellers. Never a long wait, always smiling faces. I enjoy coming here and catching up with them regularly. Very nice people.
