Absolutely horrible, had a simple question called on the phone three times nobody would answer transfer me to Corporate. They couldn’t answer. It drove all the way up to Wells Fargo walked inside. Asked him if that was the correct phone number on my phone. They said yes and I said why didn’t you answer the phones and they said because they’re busy. That’s this type of service that you’re going to receive from them bail out
My brother, sister-in law and I myself need notary service to sign a document. We went to the branch location. I have bank accounts with Wells Fargo but my brother doesn't. The brank office told us that all three of us have to have accounts with Wells Fargo so they refused to provide notary service. I was quite disappointed with Wells Fargo as I know other banks nearby only require one person as the bank customer.
