Their customer service really needs to improve their efficiency. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:30, but we ended up waiting for a full 30 minutes. They claimed it was because the previous customer was late — but we shouldn’t have to pay the price for someone else’s delay. If they knew they wouldn’t have enough time to finish with the previous customer, they should have rescheduled them. This kind of handling is completely unacceptable, and we are very disappointed with their service.
I want to update my review after my visit, Ms Thuy was great , friendly and took prompt action. She helped and explained the process. Thank you.
