ATM doesn't give cash and drive thru is never open
Went to this bank as well as another to get a money order to purchase a 2021 Toyota Highlander for my wife. The teller had to get some verification from a manager to process my money order! (Something I have never heard of) not trying to make this about race but I did feel profiled. Because I was sent to another Wells Fargo because the manager wasn’t in to approve my money order. If I could give no stars I would management and staff are terrible!! Would not bank here if you have over 75k in your bank account and a minority!!
