This location of Wells Fargo is one of the worst i've experienced anywhere. The single ATM is frequently not working. The line moves slow and the individuals behind the counter seem more interested in their own social situations. But, the customer service by the bankers is nothing short of horrendous. They are ill informed, under trained and just rude. They can't even keep a scheduled appointment. This location need a completely new staff, from the manager to clerk. Awful!!!
Had an excellent interaction with banker Yrma who answered all my questions and explained all the alternatives that WF provided. And, She did that with a smile. Then teller Paula provided more smiles and expertise in helping me cash out some bonds. Wonderful experience.
The manager and tellers are fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This is a great branch to visit.
Unfortunately had to share this review hoping I can go back to the love that I’m use to with Paula. Waited for a survey no luck, 8/8/24 visit drive thru no one available minutes later a young lady comes up takes my transaction said we’ll be right with you, a Mercedes pulls up on the right lane. It’s a good bank. The tailors are very nice and she did a wonderful job. They’re very good with their customer service very good.
