Went here once and they told me my shirt was too “offensive.” It was just a guy holding the middle finger, and they told me that it was very offensive and that I’m not allowed to go back in with it. I’m a customer, and I bank with you. I’ll be more than happy to close my account and go somewhere else. Simple as that.
I opened my first bank account and I want to thank the banker Lady for explaining everything to me. Miss Persephone explained to me I need to set aside money for a saving goal. I’m only 16 and this is a great start to my future. I also wanted to thank Miss Paula, she’s very friendly and she talked me into starting my first Checking account with my Apple Pay.
Poor customer service and bad attitude by the employees
This location of Wells Fargo is one of the worst i've experienced anywhere. The single ATM is frequently not working. The line moves slow and the individuals behind the counter seem more interested in their own social situations. But, the customer service by the bankers is nothing short of horrendous. They are ill informed, under trained and just rude. They can't even keep a scheduled appointment. This location need a completely new staff, from the manager to clerk. Awful!!!
