Brought my son who just turned 18 to open his first solo account. We didn't have an appointment and they were busy ... The manager was so sweet and her and Lorenzo squeezed us in between his appointments. Lorenzo was absolutely awesome!!!! He took the time to make sure my son understood everything... For now and to guide him in the future. The line was super long at the tellers so he took my son out to the ATM and personally showed him how to deposit in the ATM. Dionne is fantastic. Speedy yet diligent service provided. I do feel for her as there are so many customers but only a handful of bankers/ advisors at the location. No matter what time of day. The queue is always to the door. Wells Fargo should recruit more staff to help their workers and customers. This is the only Wells Fargo in a 60mile radius.
Was told could get cash off of card dispensed by Wells Fargo. Lady opened brand new card out of package & then asked for my i.d. for card it was obvious belonged to me. VERY DISAPPOINTING
