We visited today in branch , great nicely to customers by staff . Rachel Dam associate Personal Banker provides us excellent service she explained each step of procedure deeply . She help us above and beyond so 5/5 rating. Branch is clean and spacious .staff is courteous & polite & cooperative. Quick service.
Amazing banking experience.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! This branch will release your personal account information to a third party without your consent!! This is a total violation of the banking privacy laws!! Poor customer service. May be due to the staff/management turnovers. Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years I have never experienced this level of incompetence!! I am filing a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and other government banking agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!!
