Horrible customer service every time I go in there. Today they told me I couldn’t withdraw money from my account because I exceeded my number of transactions for the day….funny thing is I didn’t use my card today. Turns out my card was locked and they were just too incompetent to figure that out. Not the first issue I had with the manager and his “trainees” if you can even call them that.
just opened an account here and couldn't have had a better experience. Pedro was super nice, patient and personable. i've bank with the behemoth up the road for 20 years and feel much better about the vibe at Wells Fargo so far.
I’ll close my account and nerver come back here.
