My recent experience at another wells fargo which cost me thousands (wouldnt let me withdrawl my own money) makes me realize how lucky i am to have you guys as my main bank. Thank you to the awesome tellers who are so kind to my son and i.
The teller, Sujata, is by far one of the most unpleasant customer service employees I have encountered. There is absolutely no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy when interacting with customers. Instead, she has a very cold and bothered expression, as if helping customers is a major inconvenience to her. Evereone is friendly, and always offering clear explanations when i sound confused.
Multiple horrible experiences here. I was trying to close accounts and drill a safe deposit box -- I had to wait 5+ hours, and was required to be in the store the entire time, for them to process it. They made excuses saying it was due to corporate issues, but it was absolutely on their end too. It took multiple representatives to get it done and, despite being told I had everything filled out properly before, I was asked to resubmit things multiple times. Horrible customer service every time I go in there. Today they told me I couldn’t withdraw money from my account because I exceeded my number of transactions for the day….funny thing is I didn’t use my card today. Turns out my card was locked and they were just too incompetent to figure that out. Not the first issue I had with the manager and his “trainees” if you can even call them that.
