I came in without an appointment to get my name changed. Wish I got the lady’s name up front, think she had red hair up in a bun. She had such an attitude. Was not helpful, told me I need an appointment (which is understandable) but did not offer to help. She asked me if I could book it on my app then when I asked if she could just book it for me, she couldn’t figure out how to book me an appointment on her system. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and planned to open accounts for my children this weekend. The Chalfont branch is listed as open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, both on the website and on the door. I arrived at 11:58 a.m., yet the door was already locked. This was very disappointing. If the branch closes earlier than the posted hours, the hours should be updated accordingly (for example, 9:00–11:50 a.m.) to avoid misleading customers. Tellers was rude I felt unwelcomed no smile nothing whispering with her teller frirnd some words very weird people putting in teller position .
