I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and planned to open accounts for my children this weekend. The Chalfont branch is listed as open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, both on the website and on the door. I arrived at 11:58 a.m., yet the door was already locked. This was very disappointing. If the branch closes earlier than the posted hours, the hours should be updated accordingly (for example, 9:00–11:50 a.m.) to avoid misleading customers. Tellers was rude I felt unwelcomed no smile nothing whispering with her teller frirnd some words very weird people putting in teller position .

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for a very long time. Not only do they have the speed and offering that you would expect from a large national chain, but they also managed to provide individualized, friendly service in this branch. The tellers here are friendly and customer-focused. Keep up the great work!
The place is fine but the staff are the rudest people alive. Just a small example: walked into the bank, it was empty, two tellers doing nothing. We stepped up to queue and they just STARED at us and left us standing there for like 5 mins. And I watched them. The one woman just kept looking up at us the other just kept drinking out of her cup and looking out the window at the empty car teller window lanes outside.
