The place is fine but the staff are the rudest people alive. Just a small example: walked into the bank, it was empty, two tellers doing nothing. We stepped up to queue and they just STARED at us and left us standing there for like 5 mins. And I watched them. The one woman just kept looking up at us the other just kept drinking out of her cup and looking out the window at the empty car teller window lanes outside. The company is terrible. Wouldn’t even exchange cash for cash unless I was a customer. What happened to common courtesy.
We arrived right at 12 pm on a Saturday, and they locked the door right in front of me and walked away.
