Friendly, helpful staff. I was greeted and assisted promptly. The bankers and tellers are very knowledgeable. They offer notary services to their customers!
Anytime I need a loan or anything done I go to Mr John dexter in the Washington branch in Washington ,North Carolina he does an excellent job 10+ and the Spanish lady I can't remember her name but she does an excellent job too she'll help all customers!! It's Military friendly
Went in to get a personal loan. Was only allowed 1/2 of what we needed. Ended up not getting the loan, because of high interest rate. The reason for my review is that I'd like to say what a great job Maribel Ramirez Ponce did. Very, very professional. Spoke very good English & took her time w/my Dad & I. Beside that, every associate were top notch. Friendly & professional. Must have a good manager at this location. Good employee's too.
