I went in yesterday with my two young kids, and both the front receptionists and the banker, Nicole, who I worked with were so kind to them! Nicole was also extremely helpful and efficient, and super friendly. Great experience.
They are understaffed, but the staff is incredibly helpful and understanding! Nicole is the best! Helpful and positive!
