Esta localidad es pésimo en servicios, llevo más de 10 años con este banco y nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahora, el detalle esta en los depósitos las qué trabajan en la ventanilla no ponen la cantidad correcta y refleja menos dinero en la cuenta así mucho que cuidado por si esto le sirve a alguien a mi me paso 2 veces, y luego es un dolor de cabeza arreglarlo porque quieren pruebas del dinero o cheque qué se deposito... Muy decepcionada
Customer service is terrible. Their standards of protocol make no sense in the slightest. If you have the choice, go somewhere else
This location is a joke, it seems like they just hire anybody, they don't care about customer service what so ever there rude. Just a nasty location try to go else where if you need anything from wells fargo
