Staff very welcoming. Was greeted hi by almost all staff walking in. Free notarizing!
I have never seen such an incompetent staff at a Wells Fargo. Not knowing how things run or there system works. I love Wells Fargo, but this location needs more training or more active managers.
This bank has terrible customer service. We had a fraudulent auto loan taken out by a dishonest dealership. The paper work was all conflicting but Wells Fargo still approved it. It ended up costing us \$820/month. We were promised numerous times that it would be sent to the fraud department, that we would get calls back, paperwork sent, but nothing ever happened, other than their collection people harrassing us (calling literally 8 times/day) trying to collect from us when we were unable to keep up with the payments. I have had several of my accounts linked to other accounts and had bogus charges debited. They could never explain why these accounts were "linked." Had a cash deposit go into another account, then received multiple overdraws. Please watch your accounts for these: statement return fees, overdraw fees when there is no overdraw, bogus transfers from one account to another for no reason (not initiated by the customer). I like the people at Wells Fargo, but dont feel that my money is safe there.
