HORRIBLE!! The branch manager does not know what he is doing and comes across very bias and prejudice. They treat customers like criminals and as a company they defend bad behavior. I do not recommend!
Poor customer service, came here for a card replacement, they denied the service.
I went to the bank 12/31/24 with my fiancé to cash a check . The check was on the larger side so i completely understand that they would have to verify it. But as we walked in I saw the manager and I said well like to deposit a check into my fiancé account. We were automatically being treated as if we weren’t suppose to be there and as if we were scammers “ well we can’t promise it’ll be deposited, we have to see if our system is working” but when I walked in I saw another customer handing over a check to be deposited into t... read more
