Worst possible service from representative Mr. Shevchenko. Wouldn't answer a short question. The bank was empty and no customer service.
I had a very negative experience at the Wells Fargo and Sunny Isles. Very unorganized branch and the tellers are rude. They made me come back two times because apparently the branch manager was on the phone. I came two separate days and again I got the same reply. I had to spend two hours total and eventually had to go to another branch.
