Best bank and people are lovely
After having a horrendous experience at Truist Bank, coming to this bank felt like a breeze. Michael helped me set up the accounts—he was quick and professional. I also really liked that Wells Fargo uses mostly digital signatures now. The bank was clean and well-maintained, unlike the Truist branch next door, which is outdated and dirty.
Four withdrawals were made from my checking account via ATM, and they're telling me that a fraud claim is not possible. Their responses are the stupidest and most useless I've ever heard... this bank is the worst.
