Tellers are wonderful but business on whole seems very under staffed. Always long lines.
We normally don’t need to walk in the bank...we do it all electronically. However, yesterday, we needed to conduct some business inside. Our teller, Ben, was excellent! He listened, asked the appropriate questions and helped us quickly and efficiently. He then referred us to “Mina”, a personal banker, for further assistance. She was also excellent! Very awful customer service. This branch is the worst. Makes me want to close my accounts being treated like that.
