Absolutely the worst phone system EVER. Impossible to get a person's help.
I've known Shane McCauley now since the devastating Hurricane Florence swept over the Eastern NC Coast in September of 2018. He has been nothing more than helpful. I've had to deal with absurdity from the Insurance Company on more than one occasion. However, Shane made sure that my experience with Well Fargo in the Cape Carteret, NC Branch was easy.
