The branch manager, Tiby Kunjunju, greeted us in the lobby and, after we explained our issue, he immediately identified the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, caring, and professional while he worked with us to resolve the problem. It is rare to find this level of service in retail banking. Congratulations on having such a great employee and staff.
