I needed help with my account today. I could not have asked for more. They cared and made sure i was taken care of and that my questions got answered. Thank you for making me feel like i was the only customer even though you had a lobby full! I will definitely be back to this branch. :-)
This was my first time going inside of the branch at this location. I had a large deposit that I was planning on putting into my checking or savings account. The teller was very nice and cordial but she was unable to process my request without asking a manager to approve the process. This process took a long time. I was very disappointed at the manager named Tiby. After waiting all that time he still wouldn't verify and approve the deposit even after speaking to someone at the bank the check was drawn on.
