Very slow and don’t care bout customer
Worst bank ever!
COMPLETELY unprofessional. They made me feel like a criminal when i walked in the door.
El servicio muy lento y para abrí una cuenta o cualquier otro servicio necesito hacer cita para todo y llega uno con cita y de todos modos duran mucho para atender
Absolutely, ridiculously, slow slow slow. I kid you not, when I say the ONE teller did 1 transaction every 10 minutes or more. I stood in line to cash a check for over an hour. This is by far, the worst managed bank I have ever been to in my 50 years of life. Just a horribly managed bank.
