My wife was trying to make an account, but we showed up late to the appointment and that’s obviously on us. When we got there we were met with rude service, and the one we had the appointment with lied to their coworker and said they called “multiple times.” There was only one call, 4 hours before the appointment, that my wife missed but called back to no answer anyway. First of all, it is frustrating that Wells would force an abrupt change from Visa to MC. To make matters worse the office staff was unaware and ill equipped to answer questions that I had. I decided to call the help line. After waiting on the phone for "Quickbooks support team", they informed me that I will no longer be able to sync my accounts until I get new cards in the mail some time in the future.
