My wife was trying to make an account, but we showed up late to the appointment and that’s obviously on us. When we got there we were met with rude service, and the one we had the appointment with lied to their coworker and said they called “multiple times.” There was only one call, 4 hours before the appointment, that my wife missed but called back to no answer anyway.
