I was in the area and had to stop by this bank for a couple of transactions. The teller helping me, her name is Lin. She was so welcoming, kind, and she had a smile on her face the entire time. Even when Lin stepped away for a moment, her co-worker also greeted me with a genuine hello and smile. I didn't get his name. I was so impressed with my experience at this location. Keep up the great customer service!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo location. I came in to have documents notarized and was immediately asked whether I was an account holder and what I needed notarized. I showed my documents, provided my Wells Fargo card, and an employee verified my account information before placing me in the queue. I then waited approximately an hour.
