I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH WELLS FARGO FOR YEARS!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, on 07/03/26 Fiancé and I did a mobile DEPOSIT on my acct. with his signature, as was told to do by wells fargo rep....HIS GOVERNMENT CHECK DISAPEARED FOR 39 DAYS...after going to the GOVERNMENT 2XS, 2 COMPLIANTS, AND NOW 1 POLICE REPORT ON 08/12/26 THE THEIVES FINALLY PUT IN MY ACCT...YEP BACK IN MY ACCT. as they should have done at first...so my complaint is in as well as the government, DO NOT BANK HERE AT ALL..petty theives..🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Salimah is the best cashier at this Wells Fargo branch. She is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. Every time I visit, she provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her help and dedication. Thank you, Salimah!
I’m not going to lie, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Wells Fargo. I had both Stephanie and Amy help me with the things I needed done. They were both very knowledgeable, kind and very patient. If I had a question about something, they did not hesitate to sit and explain it to me. Terrible experience, DO NOT COME TO THIS BANK IF YOU ARE BLACK OR IN A RUSH. Came to do a simple withdrawal as I’ve done before and had an uber waiting outside(assuming it would be quick and simple seeing as I had all proper documentation and card on hand). I was then told that “something is wrong” and was embarrassed and interrogated as well as told I had to verify my number with a text when I did nothing wrong.
