These is what happened to me I I make line because was no one to help me and after that the teller was nice but can help me and I told the some one there I was waiting and she help other person after me and ask to talk the manager she never told him I was waiting for him and she say she be not able to help because she has one appointment in the phone these is ridiculous
11/15/23 I have used this bank since the one in Killian Hill closed. Never had a problem at the drive thru or inside. Recently there was an issue of fraud and Maria worked with us. She worked with us over two days and 5 hours to resolve everything. Great job Maria 11/27/23 Issue with replacement debit card not being mailed. Terry resolved and he requested a new card be mailed. This office continues to serve customers with professionalism.

If I could give them zero stars I would, the manager of this bank will discriminate against black people. I went into this bank as I do every month to deposit my check into my account and this time he told he could not do it because my middle initial did not match what was on my check, but I had two verifications to prove that the check belong to me and I also have a card with this bank.
